People have accepted Narendra Modi's welfare programmes. In the last election, Congress won 21 seats in Thiruvananthapuram Corporation and now it has only 8 seats. Congress’ vote share has decreased. The fight is between BJP and CPI(M) in the state,” said K Surendran.
