The agitating farmers have been protesting for the last 32 days in and around the borders of the National Capital. Two crucial meetings were held yesterday between the farmers' union, in order to decide their future course of action. The Centre asked the farmers to decide collectively on a date for the next round of talks, in order to end the impasse. The farmers have decided on Dec 29th, as the date for the next round of talks. The decision was taken at a meeting by Sanyukt Kisan Morcha, which is representative of 40 farmers' Unions. Yogendra Yadav stated that they have decided on agendas as well, just like the Centre wanted them to.
