There would be a fallout in West Bengal if elections were not held, says Harish Salve

In an exclusive chat with Harish Salve, senior advocate at the Supreme Court of India, Navika Kumar asks about the Assemble Election held in four states and one Union Territory, she asks whether the elections were necessary to be conducted at that point in time. Harsh Salve replies with if today elections were not be held, and the term of the Assembly turned out, you know the Central would have ruled out on West Bengal.
