New Delhi, December 6: The exit poll results of assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh (MP), Rajasthan, Telangana, Chhattisgarh and Mizoram will be released by various news channels and private agencies tomorrow, December 7. News channels such as India Today/Aaj Tak, Times Now, ABP News, Republic, NDTV and Chanakya will conduct a live broadcast on the exit poll results of Madhya Pradesh (MP), Rajasthan, Telangana, Chhattisgarh and Mizoram assembly elections.

As per the guidelines of the Election Commission of India (ECI), exit polls cannot be held before 5:30 pm on December 7. A notification issued by the ECI states that "conducting any exit poll and publishing or publicising the result of exit poll by means of the print or electronic media or in any other manner shall be prohibited" between 7 am of November 12 and 5.30 pm on December 7. While Chhattisgarh went to polls in two phases on November 12 and 20, Madhya Pradesh and Mizoram had assembly elections on November 28. Rajasthan and Telangana will go to polls on December 7.
