Senior functionaries like former judges, police senior officer and ambassadors have written a letter to President Ram Nath Kovind regarding the West Bengal post-poll violence and exodus, which is still a pending case. According to these senior functionaries, the political killing and violence that took place in West Bengal immediately after the election's result were frightening to another level for humanity. These eminent citizens submit the memorandum to the president to save the future from repeating such a kind of exodus in any part of the nation.
