United States President Donald Trump’s yet another tweeted has landed him in a soup. After tweeting about nuclear war with North Korea, Trump has now taunted the media announcement of ‘the most dishonest & corrupt media awards.” With upcoming Hollywood’s awards season, Trump tweeted on Thursday that he will be announcing awards in the category on Monday at 5 o’clock. The 45th US President further wrote that the “subjects will cover dishonesty and bad reporting in various categories from the fake news media”. While Trump appeared serious about announcing “fake awards” Twitter had a field day and did came with hilarious connotations. In the past year, Trump has called out major newspapers, networks and questioned their anonymous sources. He had also tweeted in May saying, “Whenever you see the words ‘sources say’ in the fake news media, and they don’t mention names, it is very possible that those sources don’t exist but are made up by fake news writers. #FakeNews is the enemy!” In his New Year tweet, he wished “friends, supporters, enemies, haters, and even the very dishonest Fake News Media, a Happy and Healthy New Year.” Recently, he also congratulated the new publisher of “The Failing New York Times” along with some unsolicited advice.
