DMK leader Durai Murugan seeks Tamil Nadu CM's resignation, meets Governor

Senior leader Durai Murugan of Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) on Wednesday said that the Governor should seek the resignation of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister E Palaniswamy over the issue of corruption against Health Minister C Vijayabaskar, as well as few other important members of the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK).A delegation, led by senior DMK leaders, met Governor Vidyasagar Rao and submitted a memorandum regarding the corruption charges against the AIADMK (Sasikala) leaders. Murugan said that the delegation urged Governor Vidyasagar Rao to seek the resignation of Tamil Nadu CM and other ministers for their alleged corruption. The leader also said that the Governor should give permission to take strict action against the corrupt leaders.
