New Delhi, July 16(ANI): The Head of Epidemiology and Communicable Diseases of Indian Council of Medical Research, Dr Samiran Panda said that early COVID-19 restrictions stopped the infections on time and several people were left uninfected, so there are some states with vulnerable population who can be infected. “Early COVID restrictions stopped the infection on time and left many people uninfected.
