This incident took place during political addressing in Bhopal, when Singh asks youth 'did you get Rs 15 lakhs in your account?' The Congress leader asks this question multiple times and asks people to raise hands if they got 15 lakh rupees. A youth walks up to the stage and says 'Modi Ji did surgical strike and killed terrorists.' The video of the incident is also going viral on social media. The former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister is fielded against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, an accused in 2008 Malegaon blast. The Lok Sabha Elections for Bhopal parliamentary seat will take place in the sixth phase of polls on May 12. The counting of votes will be held on May 23.
