Demand for police officer's suspension generated ruckus in Maharashtra Vidhan Sabha

Following heated exchanges between the ruling and opposition sides over the demand for the suspension of Mumbai Police API Sachin Vaze in the case of Mansukh Hiren's murder, which was related to the car with explosives found near the residence of industrialist Mukesh Ambani in south Mumbai, the Maharashtra Assembly was adjourned multiple times and finally for the day on Tuesday.

The ruling Shiv Sena said that Leader of the Opposition Devendra Fadnavis wanted Sachin Vaze removed because he was investigating the death of architect Anvay Naik and that Devendra Fadnavis buried the case for political reasons during his tenure as Chief Minister.
