Delhi sways with rain and cool breeze, temperature drops

Delhiites witnessed light drizzle on Saturday evening bringing some relief from the rising mercury levels in the city. The mercury level had touched 40 degrees Celsius mark to make it a sweltering summer before May began. According to the Met department, April 20, 2017 was recorded as the hottest April day since 2010 when the temperature had settled at 43.7 degrees Celsius. The Met department has also forecasted the possibility of thunder and lightning for Sunday.
