Times Now's Bhavtosh Singh takes us through the secondary chargesheet filed in the Delhi Riots case by Delhi Police's special cell. This is not the first time that names of Yogendra Yadav has been named, his name has appeared in the previous chargesheets as well.
The Delhi Police special cell has also summoned filmmakers Rahul Roy and Saba Diwan in the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) case related to Delhi riots. The Delhi Police has also mentioned that only if there is enough evidence then a supplementary chargesheet will be filed against them.
On the other hand activist, Yogendra Yadav has tweeted; 'Shocked that an anti-terror law UAPA has been used to arrest a young, thinking, idealist like Umar Khalid who has always opposed violence and communalism in any form. He is undoubtedly among the leaders that India deserves. Delhi Police can't detain India's future for long.'
