Delhi Police rescues 200 stranded Republic Day artists hours later

200 stranded Republic Day artists have been rescued. The individuals were stranded since 12 noon near the Red Fort due to the mayhem that was caused on the streets by the protesting farmers. The artists included both children and women along with men, who had come near the laal quila for Republic day celebrations and were soon stuck there because of the ongoing violent protests put up by some people. The mayhem caused by some of the protesting farmers in the national capital on Republic day risked the lives of many individuals along with these 200 artists. All 200 people, however, were rescued and shifted to safer locations.
