Delhi High Court pulls up state & Central government over poor management during COVID crisis

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced a six-day lockdown in the National Capital today amid the rising number of COVID cases being reported from the Capital. The Delhi High Court has now pulled up both the Delhi government and the Central government over the issue of migrant laborer. Delhi HC has today pulled up the state and the central government, stating that both the governments failed miserably in managing the situation of migrant labourers even during the first wave of the COVID pandemic. Further adding that they hope that the lessons have been learnt by both the Central and the state government. This comes at a time when the Delhi HC was hearing a COVID crisis plea and all the aspects related to it.
