The court has refused to grant permission to hold Chhath Puja celebrations in the national capital, the High Court has observed that the petitioner seems to not be alive to the COVID situation in Delhi. The court stated that ‘one has to be alive to celebrate rituals of any religion’. This has been an interesting observation from the Delhi High Court.
