Delhi High Court has lashed out at the National Capital Government for relaxing norms amid the surging cases of COVID-19. The court has also directed the AAP Government to file a status report with an explanation in the steps taken to prevent the pandemic rise in the last two weeks.
Today, the national Capital reported biggest single-day spike by recording over 7300 fresh Coronavirus cases. As per reports, 83 people succumbed to the deadly contagious virus within a span of 24 hours, pushing the fatalities count to 7,143. The active cases tally stands at 41,385, while the recovery rate was recorded at over 89 per cent.
