The Delhi High Court has once again pulled up the Centre over its vaccine policy and the shortage of Amphotericin B injections which are used in the treatment of Black Fungus cases. The Delhi High Court has stated that they are not satisfied with the current vaccine policy. Further, the High Court added that we have to invest in our future and it is evident how the young people have been affected across the country. The High Court reprimanded the Centre and questioned the need on kickstarting the third phase of the vaccination drive when there was a clear depletion in the vaccine supply to the states.
