Delhi govt panel allows clubs, restaurants to serve liquor until 3 am

The Delhi state government has allowed for liquor to be served up until 3:00 am in clubs and restaurants as a part of the excise reforms. No clear words are out that tell us whether the decision is for new year or even after that. The new reform also includes the legal age of drinking being brought down from 25 to 21 years. The government has not specified the time limit of these reforms to last only until the new years, these are likely to be implemented and used throughout the year now.
