Delhi CM Kejriwal demands relaxing Vaccine curbs; Hints at door-to-door vaccination

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal appealled to the centre to lift all the restrictions as far as the vaccination is concerned. He even offered that his government could conduct a door to door vaccination drive. Delhi's COVID19 cases cross the 10k mark for the first time. In a press conference, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal urged citizens to go to hospitals only when necessary and reiterated the need to vaccinate all. India reported 1,52,879 new COVID19 cases, 90,584 discharges, and 839 deaths in the last 24 hours. The total cases stand at 1,33,58,805, Total recoveries at 1,20,81,443, the Active cases are at 11,08,087 and the Death toll stands at 1,69,275. Whereas, the total vaccination stands at 10,15,95,147. Delhi government announced new restrictions in light of the rising number of COVID19 cases. Delhi recorded 7,897 new Covid19 cases and 39 fatalities in the last 24 hours. With this, Delhi's positivity rate has risen to over 10%, highest since November. Watch the video to know more!
