Delhi: CM Arvind Kejriwal introduces anti-firecracker campaign to combat pollution situation

The focus from Bihar has now shifted to Delhi as the pollution level continues to rise and Delhiites gasp for fresh air. PM 2.5 and PM 10 kinds of pollutants are increasing due to adverse weather conditions. However, the Delhi government is unable to do much about the rising levels.

The Kejriwal government after introducing the Red Light campaign has now decided to ensure that only green crackers will be allowed in Delhi this year. However, this seems like a move that has come a lot lately, given that the manufacturers of crackers must have had already made the crackers, and thus the decision is likely to not make much of a change.
