Stubble burning is choking Delhi again. Amidst the increasing level of pollution which has been reported earlier from the national capital Delhi, the Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has announced a plan to tackle pollution in the state.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has announced a graded respond in the action plan. Delhi's air quality index (AQI) in the first 2 weeks of October was worse than the same period in 2019 and when compared to 2018.
While the average air quality index (AQI) for Delhi during these days was 212 which is under the poor category the same was in the moderate category in 159 AQI last year.
