India, Feb. 21 -- Deepika Padukone's on-screen character in Ayan Mukerji's next, Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani, wears glasses in the film. While the actor has been spotted in specs at a lot of social dos, this is the first time that the actor is wearing glasses on screen and that too, in the entire film. The actor is working with her ex-flame Ranbir Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur and Kalki Koechlin in the film. A source close to the actor says that the actor is very excited about her fans' response to her spectacled look. "Deepika is experimenting a lot with her on-screen looks this year. In Race 2, she had a glamourous look, while in Chennai Express, she is playing a South Indian girl and is flaunting a very traditional look in Ram Leela."Published by HT Syndication with permission from Hindustan Times.
