Dacoits thrash, loot passengers in Delhi-Patna Rajdhani Express

On the wee hours of Sunday, at least three dacoits attacked a Delhi-Patna Rajdhani Express train near Buxar and looted lakhs of rupees, thereby leaving three people injured. Giving details, a passenger said the atmosphere of the compartment turned chaotic after people were heard shouting and crying. He further added that the robbers picked up whatever they could lay their hands on in the dark. Reportedly, six members of the escort team, including an assistant sub-inspector and five constables, have been suspended for negligence.
