Crude oil futures decline on low demand

New Delhi, Nov 6 (PTI) Crude oil futures on Friday fell by 0.63 per cent to Rs 2,853 per barrel as participants reduced their positions on low demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for November delivery eased by Rs 18, or 0.63 per cent, to Rs 2,853 per barrel with a business volume of 2,762 lots.

Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude oil was trading 0.95 per cent lower at USD 38.42 per barrel, while Brent crude was quoting 0.83 per cent lower at USD 40.59 per barrel in New York. PTI SHW RUJ RUJ
