COVID warriors come out on roads; stage protests against pending salaries

While everyone hails our COVID warriors, the warriors have been forced to come out on the streets and protest nearly to get their dues. Resident doctors of three North-Corporation run hospitals in Delhi were agitating over their pending salaries. A joint protest was being held at Jantar Mantar.

Doctors of Hindurao, Kasturba Gandhi and T.B hospital are not being paid for their service which they are giving relentlessly. The doctors haven't been paid since the month of July and hence the protest was their last resort. The state government has offered to take up the responsibility of these hospitals, to which the doctors respond that all they care about is their salary as they have worked in COVID hospitals and have kept their families' lives in danger as well.
