Kolkata (WB), Apr 18 (ANI): West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on April 18 held a massive roadshow in Kolkata ahead of the sixth phase of Assembly elections in the state. She was accompanied by TMC leaders. However, amid an alarming surge of the virus in the state, the COVID protocols were flouted. People were seen without face masks during the rally. Election Commission decided to curtail the timings of campaign for the remaining three phases of West Bengal Assembly polls and extended the silence period 72 hours.
