COVID-19 vaccine: Arvind Kejriwal urges Centre for procurement; makes analogy to Pak war

Talking about the vaccine procurement policy, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal makes an analogy to a hypothetical war with Pakistan. At a time when the country has been facing an acute shortage of vaccines, the Delhi government, along with other State governments, has been urging the Central government to purchase vaccine stock for the whole country, instead of asking State governments to purchase their own stock.
