COVID-19 positive accused produced in person before an open-air court | Times Now Exclusive

For The first time in the History of Indian Judiciary, a Covid positive accrued has been produced before any Indian Court. Faisal Khan, the main accused in the Mathura Namaz case was brought before the Chata Court for production. The judge came out from her courtroom and completed the formality. Times Now has witnessed this unique court proceeding. The court has sent the accused to 14 days of judicial custody. Faisal has been booked under sections of provoking religious enemity and cheating after a FIR was filed on the complaint of the head priest of the temple at the native village of Lord Shree krishna. Three more accused booked in the case are absconding
