A private complaint filed by a casting director has led the Bandra magistrate to register an FIR against Kangana Ranaut and her sister. Kajal Iyer, Times Now reporter, sheds light on the matter.
The casting director filed a private complaint in the court asking for Kangana’s FIR for spreading hatred amongst communities and also dividing the Bollywood industry between Hindu and Muslim. The actress propagated her hate through her Twitter account and her media interactions, the complaint stated.
Under Section 136(3), the court has ordered the complaint to be converted into an FIR and has asked Mumbai Police to take action.
