Covid-19 has forced Isuzu to delay the launch of its BSVI vehicles, the company has announced that its BSVI vehicles will be launched in the second quarter of this year. It has also announced that all the existing vehicles that have their periodic service maintenance due from the 15th March to 15th April will be able to avail their services until the end of May as it has been extended and all vehicles with warranties expiring from 15th March to 15th April will also be extended until the end of May considering the current situation.
Covid-19 has forced a lot of manufacturers to shut down production all around the globe and along with that a lot of auto shows have been cancelled as well. It started with the Geneva Motor Show and recently the Detroit Motor Show was also cancelled. While many manufacturers are pledging their support to the government in this battle against the Coronavirus and trying to flatten the curve and contain the situation by offering help, many have delayed its launches and conversion of its BSIV fleet to BSVI as well.
