New Delhi, June 3 (PTI) Coriander prices on Wednesday fell by Rs 4 to Rs 5,500 per quintal in futures trade as speculators reduced their positions amid weak demand in spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, coriander contracts for June eased by Rs 4, or 0.07 per cent, to Rs 5,500 per quintal in 2,520 lots.
Market analysts said subdued demand in the spot market mainly led to decline in coriander prices here.
However, the spice for July delivery rose by Rs 23, or 0.42 per cent, at Rs 5,482 per quintal in 1,720 lots. PTI SHW RUJ RUJ
