Coriander futures decline on low demand

New Delhi, Mar 10 (PTI) Coriander prices on Wednesday fell by Rs 26 to Rs 6,984 per quintal in futures trade as speculators reduced their positions amid weak demand in spot market.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, coriander contracts for April eased by Rs 26, or 0.37 per cent, to Rs 6,984 per quintal in 6,815 lots.

Coriander contracts for May delivery traded lower by Rs 20, or 0.28 per cent, to Rs 7,080 per quintal in 885 lots.

Market analysts said subdued demand in spot market mainly led to the decline in coriander prices here. PTI SRS RUJ RUJ
