Congress Tooklit case: Supreme Court rejected a PIL into probe

The Supreme Court has rejected the PIL to have a probe into the Congress toolkit case. The toolkit has been going on for months now, to which the court said that it could be a political propaganda, and hence, the court should be left out of it. A bench comprising Justice D.Y. Chandrachud and Justices MR Shah asked the petitioner Advocate Shashank Shekhar Jha how a petition under Article 32 can be entertained if it is a political propaganda. The judge also said, “if you don’t like it, ignore it.” Bench also suggested Jha to withdraw further pleas into the case. Watch the video to know more!
