Congress' Pawan Khera alleges 'Political vendetta' over NCP MP Supriya Sule's affidavit discrepancy

Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) MP Supriya Sule has been accused of not disclosing her assets in her affidavit for 2019 Lok Sabha elections. The massive political controversy has erupted, but the Congress Party is calling it nothing but a political vendetta.

“This is another example of intimidation tactic. The ED, CBI and all these agencies have lost their credibility under this government primarily because this government has used these agencies at their will,” Congress leader Pawan Khera said.

The Election Commission of India took cognisance of the complaint and wrote to the Income Tax Department and the Union Finance Ministry, and sought a probe into the matter.
