Congress doesn't want President's rule in Maha: Chavan Mumbai, Nov 10 (PTI) The Congress in Maharashtra onSunday said it didn't want President's Rule in the state whichis in the midst of a political crisis in view of the BJP'sannouncement that it would not form government.

Senior Congress leader Ashok Chavan said newly-electedMLAs of the party will seek advice from the party high-commandover its future political stand in the state.

'We are in Jaipur. We will discuss the issue here andwill seek advice for the future political stand. The partydoesn't want president's rule in the state,' he toldreporters.

Chavan said he was in favour of forming a stablegovernment in Maharashtra. PTI NDNSK NSK
