Congress' Digvijay Singh slams Union Minister Piyush Goyal's remarks on medical demand for oxygen

Amid the crisis of shortage of life-saving medical oxygen in many COVID-hit states across India, Union Minister Piyush Goyal advised states to keep the "demand under control" by containing the second wave of the virus. His remarks have triggered reactions. Congress' Digvijay Singh hit back to the Union Minister in a tweet stating that it's a stupid comment passed by Goyal as oxygen is need-based and cannot be 'controlled' as suggested by him.
