Jaipur (Rajasthan) March 22 (ANI):A high-level meeting for the implementation of budget 2021-22 was organised under the chairmanship of Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. Taking a new initiative towards giving good governance to the common man, the Chief Minister has started monitoring the timely implementation of the announcements of the state budget 2021-22 even before the new financial year begins. During the meeting, CM said that keeping in mind the problems of the people, upliftment of every section, and all-around development of the state, the government has made 27 percent more announcements in this budget than the total announcements of the previous two budgets. The Chief Minister directed the officials that such a model should be prepared to fulfill these announcements at the earliest, in which every work can be completed according to the prescribed timeline. He said that the budget announcements will be reviewed weekly at the level of the Principal Secretary, Finance, fortnightly at the level of the Chief Secretary, and monthly at the level of the Chief Minister. Also, the ministers of the departments, higher officials, and officials of the Chief Minister's Office will regularly review the implementation of the budget announcements.
