Chief Justice of India Sharad Arvind Bobde's flight had to make an emergency landing in Kolkata at the airport last evening. This happened when the Chief Justice of India was travelling to Hyderabad from Kolkata in an Air India flight around 7:30 PM, yesterday.
After the flight had taken off, the Air India pilot got in touch with the ETC and wanted to return back to the airport because of a technical snag. After making an emergency landing with 146 passengers were on board and safe and the flight was cancelled. The Chief Justice of India stayed back in Kolkata.
