Child rights panel files complaint with Delhi Police against Twitter for violating POCSO Act

New Delhi, May 31 (ANI): National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) asked the Delhi Police to file an FIR against social media platform Twitter for violating POCSO Act. “A complaint filed against Twitter for providing misinformation and violating POCSO Act and we asked the police to register the FIR. We have written to Centre that children shouldn't be given access to Twitter till the platform isn't safe for them,” said National Commission for Protection of Child Rights chairman.
