Chief Economic Advisor briefs on the economic growth; Q4 experienced a 1.6% rise

Chief Economic Advisor, K Subramanian briefed upon India’s economic report in the fiscal year 2021. The quarter 4 growth has seen a 1.6% rise as compared to the previous year. Amid the second wave of Covid-19, India was badly hit in various industries. The CEA suggested that the economic growth of this year should actually be compared to the growth in 2019, to have a better understanding of the same.
