Chhattisgarh Naxal encounter: Missing CPRF commando Rakeshwar in custody of Maoists

Commando Rakeshwar Singh Manhas of the 210th CoBRA battalion, an elite unit of CRPF, who went missing following the April 3rd Maoist ambush is in the custody of Maoists. The gunfight that took place along the border of Sukma and Bijapur districts last Saturday resulted in 22 jawans being martyred at the hands of the Naxals in Chhattisgarh while one of them went missing. Rakeshwar is now reportedly held by the Maoists.
