Centre gives a stern warning to Twitter to comply to New IT Rules

The Central government has sent a final, stern warning to Twitter asking it to comply to the New IT Rules 2021. The deadline to comply to was May 26 however, none of the social media platforms had complied until then. Following this, Twitter entered into a battle with the Centre when it tagged Sambit Patra's tweet as 'manipulated media'. The letter sent by the Central government is two page long and gives a stinging warning to the American social media giant.
