Centre directs Twitter to block 1,178 accounts in new notice

The Indian government has sent a new notice to Twitter last week, directing the microblogging site to block 1,178 more accounts which are suspected to be linked to the Khalistan sympathisers and backed by Pakistan as well. Earlier this month, the IT ministry had asked Twitter to block 257 accounts using the #ModiPlanningFarmerGenocide hashtag under Section 69A of the IT Act. Watch the full video for more details.
