The Bombay High Court said on Monday that it is the CBI's responsibility to examine not just former Maharashtra home minister Anil Deshmukh, but everyone allegedly implicated in corruption in the case, and asked for an update on the investigation against the NCP politician. The bench was hearing a petition filed by an NCP leader challenging the CBI's April 24 FIR on charges of corruption and misuse of public office.
