Calcutta HC puts a stay on special CBI court's order granting bail to TMC leaders

Significant development has come forth in the Narada case, the Calcutta High Court, on Monday night has put a stay on the order of Special CBI court, that granted bail to two TMC Ministers Firhad Hakim and Subroto Mukherjee, TMC MLA Madan Mitra and former Kolkata Mayor Sovan Chatterjee. Earlier today only, a Special CBI Court granted the bail to four of them. The all accused were arrested by the probe agency in the same case, but West Bengal Chief Minister reached the CBI office to confront the CBI officers and protested there for six hours.
