BSNL revises validity of Rs 349 plan, now offers 3.2GB daily data for 64 days
State-owned telecom operator BSNL which was lately revised several of its recharge plans has once again revamped one of its existing prepaid plan. The company has revised its Rs 349 plan to offer the benefits for an extended validity period of 64 days.
BSNL is currently running an Additional data offer under which it offers 2.2GB additional daily data over the existing data benefit of the plan. This offer covers the Rs 349 plan. As part of the offer, BSNL is giving 3.2GB daily data to the users under the Rs 349 recharge. Additionally BSNL has also improved the post FUP speed of data to 40Kbps. Users will also get unlimited free voice calls and 100 SMSs a day across all BSNL circles excluding Delhi and Mumbai circles for 64 days.
BSNL last year in June revised some of its prepaid plans to offer more data at the existing prices. These plans are priced at Rs 14, Rs 19, Rs 40 and Rs 57. The BSNL Rs 14 plan after the revision now offers 1GB daily data instead of 110MB. The Rs 29 plan now offers 1GB data per day for three days instead of 150MB. Lastly, BSNL has also revised Rs 57 and Rs 40 plans to offer 1GB data per day.
BSNL in January announced a change in the Additional Data Offer under which it offers extra data to the users. The offer earlier used to offer 2.2GB additional data which was later changed to 2.21GB. In January, the company again changed it to 2.2GB data. The company also added new plans to the list of plans that are eligible for this offer. Currently, the BSNL additional data offer is applicable on Rs 186, STV 187, STV 333, STV 349, STV 444, STV 448, STV 1699, STV 2099, Rs 429, Rs 485, Rs 666 and Rs 999 prepaid recharge plans.
BSNL recently also revised its Rs 98 recharge plan to offer 2GB data per day instead of 1.5GB data daily and 40 Kbps speeds post FUP for 24 days. The plan in total now offers 48GB of data instead of 39GB. The plan also offers EROS Now subscription which until now was available only with the Rs 78 recharge plan.
