BSF personnel recovers 27 kg heroin; Another attempt to smuggle drugs foiled

The Border Security Force has foiled an attempt by Pakistan to smuggle drugs in the Indian territory. The country's Primary border guarding organization has shot dead a narcotics smuggler along the international borders of Jammu and Kashmir. The unit has also recovered 27 kg heroin. The drugs were trying to be smuggled in through the Hiranagar district. In recent weeks, alert BSF personnel have foiled several attempts of the Pakistani army to smuggle drugs into India.
