British PM Boris Johnson to visit India end of April; 1st major visit for the UK PM since Brexit

It is being reported that United Kingdom Prime Minister Boris Johnson is likely to visit India at the end of April as a part of the policy tilt. This will be British Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s first major international trip after Britain’s exit from European Union as a part to boost opportunities in the United Kingdom. Boris Johnson was supposed to be the Chief Guest for India’s Republic Day celebrations but due to COVID strain and rising COVID cases. He is looking forward to a trade deal. There is a clear agenda between the two countries and the two leaders and an effort is being made to go ahead with either a trade deal or something equally substantial.
