Border villages renaming controversy in Kerala & Karnataka; District Admin calls it 'fake news'

It is now being reported that the renaming of the villages that fall in the border areas of Karnataka and Kerala is false. The district administration of Kasargod Village has confirmed to Times Now, that there has been no communication in regards to the same, and that these are rumours that have been surfacing on the social media platforms only. This comes days after several Karnataka Ministers claimed that there is an attempt to rename the border villages. While Karnataka CM BS Yeddiyurappa urged the Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan to re-think this, the Kerala government has denied the move. Watch the video to know more.
