Moga (Punjab), May 21 (ANI): An Indian Air Force MiG-21 fighter aircraft crashed near Moga in Punjab late last night. While briefing to ANI, Moga Superintended of Police Gurdeep Singh expressed his condolences over the demise of IAF’s Pilot and calls it an ‘unfortunate’ incident. Further he informed that the body of the Pilot was found 2 km away from the spot where the fighter aircraft crashed. “It's an unfortunate incident. Police reached the spot immediately, villagers also reached for help. IAF's medical team reached too. Pilot's body was found 2 km away from the spot where the fighter aircraft crashed. He was declared dead by IAF medical team,” said Moga SP.
